The leaves used for tea can lose their flavor in boiling hot water. Most green, black, and white teas will call for a steeping temperature up to 190°F. So with the custom temperature adjuster, it is able to go beyond any normal tea maker. How does it work? Inside the tea maker is a magnet holding a basket. You fill the basket with your leaves of choice and adjust the settings as necessary. Then it will heat up in about two minutes or less and the basket lowers itself and steeps for as long as you told it to.
